    My son likes the Lite•Brite but is frustrated that he can’t follow the pictures given because there is not enough of the colors shown. There is not enough pink and orange for the truck picture above. So if you have a type A or ADHD child just be aware to get them to move on.

    I remember this when I was little and was very happy to purchase this for my 6 year old son. He opened this before a 15 hour road trip and spent a good 4 hours cumulatively playing with this toy. Only complaint is that the templates that come with the toy to create images use colors that are not fully provided in the kit (ran out of the blue for the boat template). Mostly my son generated his own images and loved the creativity this toy allows for. It is nice that the battery has an auto off feature after about may ~15ish minutes so that it does not kill the battery if the child forgets to turn it off. He used it as well for a nightlight and it shuts off usually after he falls asleep. It is a very soothing toy and has been a great addition for our toy chest. Would recommend for anyone.
